Tricia Voelkel is a Managing Director for Stonelake Capital Partners where she oversees property management and property accounting.
Ms. Voelkel joined Stonelake in 2013 with over 20 years’ experience in commercial property management accounting. Prior to joining Stonelake, Ms. Voelkel spent 19 years with two property development and management companies, one of which managed over 2.5 million square feet of office and industrial properties. During her tenure there, Ms. Voelkel was responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial reporting.
