Garrett Swaldi is a Managing Director in the Dallas office overseeing new development.  Prior to joining Stonelake, Mr. Swaldi was Vice President of Development for Crescent Real Estate where he was responsible for over $800 million under construction in DFW and Nashville.

Mr. Swaldi has led mixed-use and high-rise development projects for Gables Residential, Lynd Development Partners, and TRT Holdings. He started his career as a construction estimator and project manager for The Beck Group.

Mr. Swaldi received an undergraduate degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University, and a Master of Business Administration from McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.  He is a graduate of Dallas Regional Chamber’s Leadership Dallas program and a member of the Urban Land Institute.
