Delores M. Wells
Assistant Property Manager
Delores Wells is an Assistant Property Manager for Stonelake Capital Partners where she is involved in all aspects of property management including owner, tenant and vendor relations, financial management and day-to-day facility maintenance.
Prior to joining Stonelake, Delores worked in the industrial real estate industry for approximately 20 years in various roles. She comes to Stonelake from Link Logistics Real Estate.
Delores has a Bachelor of Arts degree in child psychology and a Master of Science degree in Human Services, which she uses in her volunteer work with at risk youth.
