Delores M. Wells

Ms. Wells supports all aspects of property management including owner, tenant and vendor relations, financial management and day-to-day facility maintenance.

Prior to joining Stonelake, Ms. Wells spent 20 years in various roles across the industrial real estate industry, most recently with Link Logistics Real Estate.

Ms. Wells received a Bachelor of Arts degree in child psychology and a Master of Science degree in Human Services, which she uses in her volunteer work with at risk youth.
