SL4 | El Paso Industrial is a ten (10) building, 1,030,537-sf industrial portfolio located in the Vista Del Sol submarket in El Paso, Texas which is at the intersection of I-10 & Loop 375 . Stonelake acquired these buildings through four (4) separate transactions between May 2017 and June 2018 and immediately invested in capital improvements to create value.  Stonelake has leased the portfolio to 100% occupancy.

SL5 | El Paso Industrial currently consists of three (3) buildings totaling 410,560-sf located in the Vista Del Sol submarket in El Paso, Texas. Stonelake acquired these buildings through three (3) separate transactions between October 2018 and March 2019. Stonelake will continue to operate this portfolio through active asset management. Stonelake is actively searching for additional opportunities in the El Paso submarket to grow this portfolio.
