Stonelake designed, financed and developed a 206,943-sf, 15-story, Class-A office building on 1.3-acres between River Oaks District and Highland Village at 4200 Westheimer Road. After delivering the building in June 2020, Stonelake was 100% leased by February 2021 to investment grade tenants (JLL, Charles Schwab, etc.).
