Our investment strategy focuses on private commercial real estate opportunities within the state of Texas. Buying income-producing hard assets enables us to hedge against inflation, while also borrowing non-recourse debt at historically low interest rates. Additionally, investing locally allows us to use direct market intelligence that is not able to be accessed or traded upon worldwide.

As local investors, we have the ability to exploit inefficiencies in a targeted geographical market. Staying local also gives us the ability to mitigate the impact from global macro events by selectively investing in private commercial real estate opportunities, which have a low correlation to the broader public market.
